Each year, Westbridge Academy depends on the Annual Appeal for revenue beyond tuition to support the many academic and award-winning therapeutic programs offered to our students. Now more than ever, children’s mental health has reached a crisis point. Together, we can join hands in helping K-12 students become better equipped in meeting life’s demands and develop the necessary skills to experience success. There has never been a better time or greater need than right now to support our school.
Westbridge Academy has been a leader in mental health services and special education for five decades. We are a nonprofit, 501 (c)(3) special education K-12 school serving children, adolescents and young adults with complex emotional, behavioral and learning disabilities. Accredited by the NJ Department of Education, we serve students between the ages of 5-21 from eight counties in northern and central New Jersey.
Your support is invaluable. We are proud to say that over 90% of our students have successfully returned to their public schools, gone on for vocational training, entered the work force, or continued with their post-secondary studies.
Our annual campaign is underway. We accept donations on our website or by mail. We’re very happy to report that Westbridge Academy has reached a generous matching grant challenge in support of our “Save the Music” initiative. Our challenge amount of $10,000 toward the development of our media, video and music production facility that was destroyed by Hurricane Ida in September 2021 has been doubled to $20,000. Thank you to all our donors who helped us meet this important match challenge so quickly!
