That’s News to Me! – Westbridge students (pictured above) are now producing a monthly podcast covering school happenings! From writing news scripts and conducting interviews to editing and producing the final audio, students take charge of the entire production process, building skills in communication, teamwork, and media creation.

WBA students participating in it REACH transition programThe REACH (Ready for Education, Achievement, and Career Hopes) program is designed to equip students with the skills and experiences they need to successfully transition into adulthood, careers, and post-secondary education. Through REACH, students use strengths and interests as a foundation for future success, learn essential life skills for independent living and gain real-world experience. Community partners are opening their doors, providing students with firsthand exposure to career pathways, and college campus visits are helping students explore their post-secondary options.

The program combines targeted instruction, skill-building sessions, and a consistent reading schedule to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
