Westbridge Academy is posting information from our partner public school districts about the availability of free and reduced breakfast and lunch during this period of school closure, and will update it as additional information becomes available. Below is our most current list of districts, pickup locations and times.
East Orange
Pick up locations are below. Pick up times are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- Bowser ES, 180 Lincoln Street.
- Garvin ES, 1 Grove Place.
- Houston Academy ES, 215 Dodd Street.
- Langston Hughes School, 160 Rhode Island Avenue.
- East Orange Campus HS, 344 Prospect Avenue.
Hoboken
Any Hoboken student who receives free/reduced lunch in/out district can pick them up at the Hoboken High School between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. at the 9th Street cafeteria door. It is a grab and go.
Kearny Public Schools
GRAB & GO breakfast and lunch is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon for all students on the Free & Reduced program. Pick up is at the King Street entrance of Kearny High School across from Elm Street.
Union City
All the students have been given their local ID numbers and a letter was sent to the homes with the information they will need. Food will be provided to the student and family at the school closest to their home on Tuesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. They will receive five days of lunch and breakfast.
