Given Westbridge Academy’s expertise in addressing a range of mental disabilities, the school was awarded a prestigious Horizon grant to improve awareness and assessment of depression. The grants give Westbridge the resources to acquire a series of videos, reading materials and testing tools, which are designed to raise awareness about the signs of depression. They also help students overcome resistance to discussing this sensitive topic, so we can guide students who may need treatment.
