Many school districts have expressed interest in placing students with us, so we are offering options. Most districts and families have told us they prefer in-person intakes. Safety is always first.

Here are the steps:

  1. Child Study Team (CST) case managers can send records (IEP, educational testing, and social and psychological reports) to us. Records can be submitted via mail, fax or by email.
  2. Our intake team will review the records. We know time matters to you and families, so we review records as soon as we get them.
  3. If the student appears to be an appropriate candidate, we will call the district case manager to schedule an intake at our school – all protocols are in place to make it a safe and enjoyable experience that welcomes the student to the school. For those who prefer a remote intake, we will use an online meeting platform to meet with the student, the family and the CST. The student, parents and school district staff can ask questions and learn more about our program.
  4. Our flexible start dates mean that students can begin instruction at any time. We will ensure that students have the information, connectivity and devices they need for learning at home or at the school building, when that time comes.

Parents interested in placement should reach out to their CST case manager.
