The show, hosted by Xen Sams, brings a mom’s perspective to Xen’s interviews with a variety of guests from different communities in the NYC area. In this episode Xen and her guests discussed the ongoing mental health crisis unfolding in schools across America and especially right here in New Jersey as staggering numbers of students are reporting anxiety or depression at double the rates since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic started.
